Prices

All prices stated are in euros, exclusive of VAT, taxes, and costs (e.g. Recupel, medicines convention) and transport costs. The applicable VAT rate is indicated for each product ordered.
We guarantee the price indicated on the website, barring any publication error. V.M.D. nv cannot be held responsible for any publication error. 

Execution of your order

We will handle your order with the necessary care. V.M.D. nv strives for the shortest possible delivery times for you: 48 hours for all products in stock, but usually faster. If the stock of a certain product is temporarily exhausted, it may happen that the order is delivered in partial deliveries. In this case, no additional transport costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery.
The stated delivery period is purely indicative and does not bind us. Except for explicit stipulations, the purchaser is not entitled to compensation, nor to the dissolution of the order or sale due to a delay in the delivery, in whatever form. V.M.D. nv reserves the right not to execute an order if there is a dispute between the customer and V.M.D. nv. Veterinary medicines can only be delivered to recognized license holders (RD 15/12/2006).

Delivery and delivery costs

We deliver the goods to you via a specialized transport company or by post.
The goods can also be collected in our warehouse at Hoge Mauw 900, 2370 Arendonk - Belgium, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 12.30 pm to 5 pm.
Please notify us in advance that you wish to collect the instruments by calling +32 14 68 93 01. 

• Orders of more than € 150 (excluding VAT and duties): no transport costs.

• Orders of less than € 150: transport costs are € 6.95 per package (package size may vary), unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty and returns

We treat your order with care. However, should a product be delivered that is defective or does not meet your requirements, you must report this within seven working days of delivery in writing to our sales department by fax on +32 14 67 20 52 or by post to V.M.D. nv, Hoge Mauw 900, 2370 Arendonk, or by e-mail to sales@inovet.be or by telephone on +32 14 67 20 51. We will seek the best possible solution for you. If a return of the goods is agreed upon, you can return them to: V.M.D. nv, Hoge Mauw 900, 2370 Arendonk - Belgium.

Payment

You will receive a detailed invoice for the goods ordered a few days after delivery. This invoice can be paid as follows: 

• by bank transfer to IBAN BE13 4134 5131 0139 BIC KREDBEBB
• by credit card

All our invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of non-payment within fifteen days of the date, interest of 12% shall be payable by operation of law and without the necessity of any reminder. In the event of non-payment on the due date, a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of 100 Euros shall be due automatically and without notice of default. Complaints after seven working days will not be accepted. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Disputes

Belgian law shall apply. In case of dispute, only the courts of Turnhout and Arendonk are competent. The goods are transported at the risk of the buyer.
To be valid, all complaints must be made in writing within seven working days of receipt of the goods to V.M.D. nv, Hoge Mauw 900, 2370 Arendonk - Belgium or by e-mail at info@inovet.be.
